Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of your submissions, but grant HackScope a license to display and promote your work.
Prizes: Prize distribution is subject to verification and compliance with event rules.
4 User Content & Conduct
Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Respectful Behavior: Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Spam & Fraud: Any form of spam, fraud, or malicious activity is strictly prohibited.
5 Payment & Refunds
Subscription Fees: Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Refund Policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
Prize Payments: Prize money is distributed according to event-specific rules and timelines.
6 Limitation of Liability
HackScope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to HackScope in the past 12 months.
7 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
